User Rating "*****" For 20 years now, George Bain has been showing up between 7 and 7:30 AM to work his magic for our annual Pig Roast on Labor Day weekend. Our 100+ guest have always raved about the quality of meats out of his roaster. This year will be no exception. Now if he can just work on a Blue Sky Day for us.

User Rating ***** The perfect pig! 09/22/06OUTSTANDING!!! What more can I say? We planned this event at the last, last minute and only had a few weeks to find someone to cook for us. I found Cohoctah Cook'n on the web and gave them a call. George was more then happy to fit us in, even as a last minute event and helped walk me though the planning of a hog roast. His communication was great, we spoke often on the phone often right up to less than 24 hours before the feast. I couldn't have asked for more. The hog: again, what can I say? The hog was incredible. Very lean and tender and everyone had plenty to eat at dinnertime and well into the evening. OH MAN, I forgot about the beans. Go for it on the beans, perfect for a side dish with the piggy. Do yourself a favor and let George and his staff cook for your next event. It's much more reasonable then you'd expect and the food is fantastic. Thanks for everything George and we'll be calling again in about ten months to plan next years rally.

User Rating ***** Excellent Service 02/13/07 I WANTED A GRADUATION PARTY FOR MY DAUGHTER THAT EVERYONE WOULD ENJOY INCLUDING MYSELF, IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER BECAUSE I ACTUALLY GOT TO JOIN IT. I DID NOT HAVE TO RAISE A FINGER EVERYTHING BUT THE REFRESHMENTS WERE TAKEN CARE OF FOR US. THE PIG WAS THE MOST FLAVORFUL AND TENDER ROAST WE EVER ENJOYED AND THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. THANKS AGAIN GEORGE AND CREW!!!!!!!!!

My daughter wanted a pig roast for her outdoor Wedding Reception, although I was a little apprehensive of a pig roast for this type of event, I have to say Cohoctah Cook'n did a marvelous job and all the guests raved about their food. The pork was well done, hot and delicious,and served with style, the top round was to die for and the vegetables and roasted potatoes completed the meal. The staff was courteous and professional, we will definitely keep Cohoctah Cook'n in mind for any event I want serve my guests a great country meal. Thanks George for such a great job!

USER REVIEW ***** Cohoctah Cook'n has some of the best food I've ever had at any event. They have cooked for mine and my sisters graduation parties and also for a few weddings I have attended. They are good people that make great food. This is a great option for a host that wants to mingle at the party instead of cooking all night. The style of food and set up is a great center piece for conversation. The fact that they are available for parties and gatherings YEAR AROUND makes it very convenient and I plan on using them to cater a retirement party this Fall. Thanks Cohoctah Cook'n!!!
